摘要：The positive potential side output of a voltage source (1) is connected to thepositive potential side of a first circuit (10) through a terminal (6), and the ground(negative potential) side output of the source (1) is connected to the ground (negativepotential) side of the circuit (10) through a terminal (8). In addition, the positive potentialside output of the source (1) is connected to the positive potential side of a second circuit(11) through a terminal (7) after the output is lowered by a prescribed voltage V bymeans of a Schottky barrier diode (2) and the ground (negative potential) side output ofthe source (1) is connected to the ground (negative potential) side of the circuit (11)through a terminal (9) after the output is raised by the prescribed voltage V by means ofa Schottky barrier diode (4). Thus, a power supply voltage supplying circuit which
prevents the occurrence of latch-up while the current consumption and the occurrence ofelectromagnetic interference (EMI) are suppressed to low levels is provided.
