摘要：The device comprises a carriage guide (5), a carriage (6), which is displaceablyand linearly mounted on the carriage guide along a carriage axis, an advancement drive,which has an advancement device that is provided and driven on the carriage to induce anadvancement movement of a welding wire, and a carriage drive, which includes a drive, aneccentric (10) that is driven by the drive and an eccentric rod. The eccentric rod iseccentrically mounted on the eccentric, and is mechanically coupled to the carriage for areciprocating carriage movement. The device comprises a carriage guide (5), a carriage (6),which is displaceably and linearly mounted on the carriage guide along a carriage axis, anadvancement drive, which has an advancement device that is provided and driven on thecarriage to induce an advancement movement of a welding wire, and a carriage drive,which includes a drive, an eccentric (10) that is driven by the drive and an eccentric rod.The eccentric rod is eccentrically mounted on the eccentric, and is mechanically coupledto the carriage for a reciprocating carriage movement. The carriage drive has a unit foradjusting the travel of the reciprocating movement of the carriage, and a guide as theunit for adjusting the travel of the reciprocating carriage movement. The guide
displaceably bears at the eccentric on a guide axis that runs at an incline to the carriage
axis of the carriage guide. The drive and the eccentric form a module. A shaft of the linearguide passes perpendicular to the carriage axis of carriage guide. The drive furtherincludes a motor and a belt drive connected to the motor. The belt is further connectedto the eccentric, and is designed as a toothed belt, which is engaged with a toothing ofthe eccentric. The eccentric rod has an adjustable length. The device further comprises asupport (4) on which the carriage guide and the guide are attached. The support isattached to the motor, and is provided on the carriage. The carriage provided is drive-connected to the advancement device. The motor is drive-connected with theadvancement device the belt drive. The belt drive comprises a tension roller. Theadvancement device includes a pair of pinch rollers for guiding the welding wire.
