摘要：An instrument for performing surgical cholangiography during eitherconventional colecistectomy or video-laparoscopic cholecistectomy included a tubeslidably mounted into another having a rotative bidigital control. The control allows
sliding such that the outer tube ending to acts on a forceps at the inner tube ending,making the forceps jaws move away or come near each other, causing the jaws torespectively move away or approach a needle, which also belongs to the inner tube, iscentered between the jaws, and is used for cannulating the cystic duct. The jaws, in closedfunction when the needle is in the duct, press the duct and needle together, avoidingboth sliding of the needle and escape of the contrast liquid which is injected from theother end of the inner tube. During the video-laparoscopic cholecistectomy, the designand size of the instrument allow it to enter the abdominal cavity through a cannula with adiameter less than others commonly used in this type of surgery.
